PURPOSE: A cell aging pallet system is provided to easily operate a cell or test reliability of the cell at high or low temperatures before shipment. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor is parallel installed to automatically transfer a cell device. On the center of the front part of a square pallet frame(310), a square hollow part is formed. In a cell mount table(330), the cell device is mounted. A plurality of probe blocks mounts an aging test device in the lower part of the frame. |
