PURPOSE: An asymmetric aryl amine derivative, a manufacturing method thereof, and the organic electroluminescent device using thereof are provided to improve the lifetime property at the blue wavelength region when applied to the organic electroluminescent device. CONSTITUTION: An asymmetric aryl amine derivative for an organic electroluminescent device is marked with chemical formula 1, including secondary amine and tertiary amine as substituents for an aryl compound to prevent the symmetric form inside the structure of a molecule. In the chemical formula 1, Ar refers to a divalent aryl group with the carbon number of 10~20. Ar1 refers to a divalent aryl group with the carbon number of 6~30. One of Ar2~Ar5 includes a different structure, when the substitution locations of the secondary amine and the tertiary amine are symmetry.
