PURPOSE: An aluminum reuse processing system is provided to cuts aluminum from a waste aluminum product to recycle the aluminum conveniently, after separating foreign materials or iron besides the aluminum from the aluminum. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum reuse processing system comprises a first cutter(1) for cutting aluminum into a predetermined size, and a second cutter(2) which cuts the aluminum to a small size. The first cutter includes a cutting blade(3) runs to top and bottom. The second cutter is composed of a rotary type cutter in which the cutting blade is rotated. A flowing backward prevention rotational plate is installed on a hopper on the top of the second cutter. A first conveyer(10) supplying aluminum to the second cutter is installed in the front of the flowing backward prevention rotational plate. A second conveyer(20) equipped with a fan(21) for eliminating foreign materials is installed between a lower part of the second cutter and a third conveyer(30). A magnet plate(31) for dividing iron is installed at an initial point of the third conveyer. |
