POLYURETHANE ELASTIC FIBER

PURPOSE: Polyurethane mono elastic fiber is provided to offer melt adhesion property of polyurethane elastic fiber by a drying or thermal heat treatment process with high specific load, and to prevent unwinding of a strand of the elastic fiber. CONSTITUTION: Polyurethane mono elastic fiber is manufactured by melt-spinning of a stabilized polymeric composition with a melt index of 5-10(ASTM D 1238 210°C/8.7kg). A strength maintenance rate of polyurethane elastomer is 70% or greater in 140°C. The elastomer thermal stability efficiency(HSE) is 30% or greater. The knitted and woven fabric mixed with polyurethane elastic fiber is manufactured by heat-melting of the woven fabric.
