The water level control consists of a stick-shaped tube (2), through which water flows, where the end portion thereof includes a receptacle (11) containing a plunger (10) acting as a valve for restricting the water supply to the tank (4) of a toilet. The tube has a telescopic (2) system for increasing or reducing the height thereof depending on the amount of water required by the user, the installation may be performed by the user and not necessarily by a plumber.
