PURPOSE: A chip, a data reading method and a computer system are provided to implement a dynamic RF(Register File) for storing and reading data array in a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION: A processor includes an RF(Register File) circuit, and the RF circuit has plural evaluation nodes which are discharged when entering an evaluation procedure. A wireless interface is coupled to the processor and an antenna to connect the processor to a wireless network. The RF circuit includes a memory cell stack(402) coupled to the evaluation node, and the memory cell stack includes a P(Positive) type transistor.
