PURPOSE: A novel forth group compound is provided to introduce a substituent including a hetero atom in cyclopentadienone ligand and to control structure and physical property of olefin. CONSTITUTION: A novel forth group compound is denoted by chemical formula 1 or 2. The transition metal is used as catalyst for manufacturing olefin polymer. The catalyst composition contains a transition metal of chemical formula 1 or 2, or crude compounds of chemical formula 3(-(Al(R4)-O)a-), 4(J(R4)3), or 5([L-H]+[ZA4]- or [L]+[ZA4]-). The metal compound and crude compound is dipped in a silica or alumina.
