PURPOSE: A diamond cutting tool and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the high junction strength by attaching the side part of the cutting edge to a metal substrate. CONSTITUTION: A diamond cutting tool comprises a metal substrate(10) and a cutting edge(20). The metal substrate comprises steel round sheets with a center shaft hole(11). The cutting edge is welded on the upper and lower edge of the metal substrate. The cutting edge is welded in the metal substrate by sintering.
