PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to improve reliability by preventing deterioration of a solar cell caused by an infrared ray and an ultraviolet ray by forming an IR filter which blocks an infrared ray or a UV filter layer which blocks an ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell unit(110) is included on the upper part of a substrate(100), and comprises a plurality of solar batteries having different wavelength band A diffractive lens(200) is installed on the solar cell unit, and separate incident light according to the wavelength band to focus on each solar battery. On the surface of a diffractive lens, an IR filter layer(210) or an UV filter layer is formed. The diffractive lens is made of glass or polymer serial substance. |
