PURPOSE: A method for processing chestnut inner shell is provided to make the chestnut inner shell powder which is suitable as a raw material of dietary food by removing starch components while maintaining original flavor of chestnut. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing chestnut inner shell comprises the following steps: gaining the chestnut inner shell by polishing the surface of chestnut with rotation frictional force with a peeler(S102); dipping the inner shell in an ethanol water solution for 10 ~ 20 minutes; drying the dipped inner shell in a drying tray(S104); heating the dried inner shell in a heating oven between 105 ~ 250°C; gaining the chestnut inner shell powder in which starch is removed; adding purified water in the powder; and heating chestnut inner shell liquid in 97.5 ± 5 °C; and removing residues by filtering the heated chestnut inner shell liquid. |
