<p>The cassette stacker (110) includes a loading unit (120) that loads and unloads a cassette (130), and a stacking unit disposed at the side of the loading unit. The upper portion of the stacking unit forms a shelf (140) for receiving the cassette. The loading unit has a robot arm (123) for conveying the cassette. Driving units (121,122) are provided to drive the robot arm and the loading unit. A processor equipment (180) is disposed at the side of the stacking unit for processing the glass disposed in the cassette. An independent claim is included for the LCD fabrication method using the cassette stacker.</p> |
