PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICE ARRAY AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A photovoltaic conversion device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to increase an effective area in a substrate by forming one trench in the space of a plurality of photovoltaic conversion cells. CONSTITUTION: Photovoltaic conversion cells(210a, 210b) on a substrate(100) are spaced apart from each other. Transparent electrode patterns(110a, 110b), a photovoltaic conversion pattern, and a rear electrode pattern are formed. A trench(200) is formed between the photovoltaic conversion cells. A connection electrode is located in the trench. Insulating walls(410a, 410b) covers the sidewall of the photovoltaic conversion cells. A conductive wall(510) electrically connects the photovoltaic conversion cells.
