A real-time radio individual broadcasting service providing system using IPTV and a method thereof through a speaker of TV are provided to broadcast broadcasting data manufactured by an IPTV customer through terminals of the other IPTV customer. A personal broadcasting terminal(100) transmits broadcast data for the radio individual broadcasting with the individual broadcasting channel allocated in advance on a real time basis. A radio personal broadcasting providing server stores broadcast data forwarded with real-time according to the channel. A connection request about the radio individual broadcasting channel is received from a customer terminal unit(140). The received broadcast data is transmitted to the providing server in a streaming way. |
