The in-situ measurement apparatus comprises: a port(10) wherein a sphere hole(11) is formed in the upper end of the port; a case(21) which includes a hollow hole; a body(20) which is projected to the bottom surface of the case; a bracket(34) which is fixed to one side of the case; a guide(31); an insertion(32); a first and second arm(30,30'); an optical receiving sensor(41); a protective cap(42); a heat generating module; a heat detection module; a light emission device(50); a GPS receive module; a data communications module; a transmitting place operating module; a data storage module; a control module; and a data collecting part. The integrated processor comprises a data classification module, a fuse module, a GPS composite module, and a renewal module.
