PURPOSE: A hinge for fixing a door of a special vehicle is provided to prevent an opened door from closing while cargo loading or unloading to a special vehicle and to prevent noise due to the movement of fixing chain. CONSTITUTION: A hinge for fixing a door of a special vehicle comprise: a fixing frame(10) wherein a fixed hole(10a) is formed in both sides of the fixture and a joint(12) including a combining hole is formed is formed in right angle; an auxiliary fixing frame(11) which is formed to be extended from the fixing frame to one side; and a fixture(13). A hinge part(21) of a moving part(20) with an attached hole(20b) is coupled to an axis pin(30) in the joint. A first screw hole and a second screw hole are formed in one side end of the auxiliary fixing frame and one side end of the moving part. A screw bar is formed in the end of the fixture.
