摘要 FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method enables to avoid distortion of analytical signals arising from overfilling of pixels with charges and their spreading to neighbouring pixels of photosensitive lines by putting local light flux attenuators near the pixels, as well as selection of an attenuation value of the spectral light flux for separate photosensitive lines, for which fluctuation of analytical signals approaches noise of pixels of photosensitive lines.
