METHOD FOR SELECTION OF IMMUNOMODULATING DNA FRAGMENTS TIGHTLY BOUND WITH CELL SURFACE PROTEINS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: DNA sequences tightly bound with cell surface proteins are recovered. The prepared DNA fragments are divided lengthwise to recover the fragments 6-16 nucleotides long to be sequenced. Among the prepared DNA fragments, motives 5-8 n long are identified. It is followed with searching genomic DNA sequences in databases in silico containing the specified motives at frequency 50% and more.
