FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to production of sleeves with collars from tubular workpieces. Tubular workpiece is fitted inside circular mandrel, thrust against bearing bush and deformed by multistage tool from inside, said tool having toroidal working sections. Said tool is moved along workpiece axis towards bulge being formed, while bearing bust is thrust against workpiece face on the side of aforesaid bulge. ^ EFFECT: formed bulge diametre increases due to using metal pressed by tool out all along workpiece length. ^ 2 dwg |
