FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. It involves investigation to evaluate as follows: vertebral canal luminal narrowing, dural sac and root deformation, spinal motoneuron activity, intervertebral disc hydrophilism. It is followed with ENMG aided vertebral traction. The traction intensity is specified by the consistency of spinal motoneuron activity. CT-control of factor dynamics is performed. If observing vertebral canal luminal narrowing and dural sac and root deformation being eliminated, puncture decompression of the intervertebral disc herewith terminating the vertebral traction without extracting a needle. The CT-control of the same factors is performed again; and observing permanent deformation requires another procedure of vertebral traction at the traction intensity determined by ENMG data. After calculating the second traction intensity, vertebral traction follows with another puncture decompression through the needle in the intervertebral disc; vertebral traction is completed and followed by the CT-control. In case of the permanent deformation, procedure is repeated to eliminate vertebral canal luminal narrowing. ^ EFFECT: method extends the range of products for treating the patients with degenerative rachiopathy. ^ 5 cl, 3 ex |
