Building demolition is carried out with application of dust suppression. Prior to building damage a pit mortuary is arranged nearby, and a transporting trench is provided. Trench binds damaged building and pit mortuary. Damage of building is executed top down to the depth of foundation embedment by means of selective microexplosions. Large fragments are removed from damaged building. Construction wastes accumulated in process of damage are transported along trench into pit mortuary. At the same time serial reagent treatment of mass flow is carried out at the entry into trench and exit from trench into pit mortuary by solution of flocculants.
