FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: in disclosed procedure measuring device is used for evaluation of temperature and deformation of part. The measuring device consists of two sensitive components mounted on the same base corresponding to two resistance strain gauges arranged at angle to each other. Upon installation of the measuring device on the part, the measuring device is calibrated. The measuring device is subject to effect causing specified deformations of the part. Change of resistance of each resistance strain gauge is recorded. Thus there are obtained dependencies of change of resistance of resistance strain gauges from part deformation. There is calculated coefficient m of ratio of these changes of resistance. Further the measuring device is subject to effect of specified temperatures. Change of resistance of each resistance strain gauge is recorded. Thus there are obtained dependencies of change of resistance of resistance strain gauges from temperature. There is calculated coefficient n of ratio of these changes of resistance. Further by formula öRt there are calculated changes of resistance öRt corresponding to temperature t, and öR corresponding to deformation on base of measured values öRt on each resistance strain gauge. Finally there are determined temperature t of the part and value of part deformation in the place of resistance strain gauges installation. ^ EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of evaluation of temperature and deformation of part under conditions of their simultaneous change. ^ 3 dwg, 4 tbl |
