FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: to the production casing, before sludge trap and liner filter is installed in it and submersible pump is arranged, on the pipe string there lowered is the mounting assembly with the bearing sleeve arranged inside it. Then bearing sleeve is installed and fixed in the production column below the interval of its perforation. After that the pipe string with the mounting assembly is removed from the well. Sludge trap, liner filter and submersible pump with flow column is lowered to the well. Sludge trap is arranged tightly on the bearing sleeve. Submersible pump with flow column is removed from the well together with sludge trap. Design of mounting assembly provides for the mandrel with the main radial channels overlapped in initial position with an annular stop installed in the mandrel. Annular stop is made in the form of bearing sleeve and elastic split ring installed in annular groove made on external side surface of bearing sleeve. Shaped piston is provided with axial channel and seat in lower part for waste member, installed in the mandrel and interacts with annular stop. Sealing cup is attached to upper part of bearing sleeve and seals the annular space between bearing sleeve and inner wall of production column. There is retainer of initial position of annular stop and control device of fixation of annular stop in the coupling joint. ^ EFFECT: arrangement of underground equipment below perforation interval in production column as far as the opening and transition to development of top productive beds is performed. ^ 9 cl, 5 dwg |
