FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to procedures and facilities for repair of internal combustion engines The facility for assembly and disassembly of valves of an internal combustion engine is secured on the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine. Assembly, disassembly and repair of valve mechanism of the internal combustion engine are executed by means of this facility. The facility for assembly and disassembly of valves of the internal combustion engine consists of a support, of a hold down lever with a handle at one end and a bushing for connection with the support at its other end, of a thrust ring with a boring to actuate a spring washer of the valve of the internal combustion engine, of a stop component and of a pusher mechanism. The stop component corresponds to two parallel lengthwise plates; a lower part the stop component is tied with the thrust ring, while an upper part is tied with the hold down lever. The pusher mechanism is placed between two parallel lengthwise plates of the stop component and contains a cylinder pusher with a hole, a hold-down strap and a return spring. The return spring is put on the cylinder pusher; with its one end it rests on the hold-down strap, while with its another end it rests on a pusher guide. The thrust ring has radial holes wherein magnets are secured; the magnets have an axial conic aperture to receive split keys of the valve of the internal combustion engine. Also the thrust ring has a collar. ^ EFFECT: reduced labour input and increased efficiency of assembly and disassembly of valves of internal combustion engines. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
