FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation for thermal treatment of loose materials consists of cylinder case, of external screw with hollow shaft and system of heat carrier supply, of drive, of loading and unloading branches, and of perforation for intensifying heat-weight-exchange. The installation is equipped with a drum with a combustion chamber, gas-water jacket, system of automatic control of heat carrier temperature and with system of heat re-circulation. Perforated turns of the screw are arranged at angle of natural slope of loose material to external cylinder surface of the screw and facilitate formation of fluidisated layer. ^ EFFECT: upgraded quality of loose material thermal treatment. ^ 2 dwg |
