ANAPLASMA SPECIOSUS OMSK STRAIN OF NEW GENOTYPE USED FOR IDENTIFYING ANAPLASMA AND MAKING DIAGNOSTIC PREPARATIONS

FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to biotechnology. The Anaplasma speciosus OmsK strain is the first anaplasma representative of this genotype. Based on studying phenotype and genotype features, the strain is classified as Rickettsiales of the Anaplasmatacea family of the Anaplasma genus. From results of studying and comparing nucleotide sequences of the 16S rRNA gene, the strain has 99.7% homology with Anaplasma marginale and Anaplasma centrale. The strain is deposited in the Museum of Rickettsial Strains of the Gamaleya Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences under No. 138 dated 19.09.2005. ^ EFFECT: obtaining a strain which can be used for identifying anaplasma based on genotype and phenotype features and obtaining diagnostic preparations. ^ 2 ex
