FIELD: sports. ^ SUBSTANCE: gym apparatus for development of human muscles comprises a system of blocks, axle, unit of resistance. System of blocks includes movable block and fixed block, fixed block is installed on axle by means of sunk key, and movable block - by means of bush, flats are arranged at axle ends for non-slip installation of eye rings to suspend resistance unit onto crosspiece, which is fixed in upper brackets, rope is fixed by planks to the middle of movable block, and its ends thrown over block with two chutes have handles for alternate application of physical tensile force by a person. Fixed block includes key slots with straight sides for location of keys with holes in them for cylindrical springs, which rest on figure guides, to engage fixed and movable block, having slots with inclined sides for keys. Axis of symmetry of key slots in both blocks match with each other and are arranged evenly along circumference, fixed block comprises through holes that are the extension of key slots for keys with holes for cylindrical springs. ^ EFFECT: using this invention makes it possible to improve efficiency of training. ^ 5 dwg |
