FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. The Ilizarov's apparatus is applied on a distal shin and foot. Thereafter, compression and asymmetry time distraction of the ankle joint follow. The bone grafting is ensured by three-staged injection of lyophilised embryonal tissue suspension in a defect centre of the joint end: in applying the apparatus, upon completion of distraction procedure and during fixation in the apparatus. Elimination of the ankle deformation is in the closed mode. The amount of said lyophilised embryonal tissue suspension is 20 mg for each stage. ^ EFFECT: method provides compensated shortening when creating a durable fusion of the ankle joint, reduced number of operative injures and time to form a bone block between the shin and ankle bones. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
