FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine area, namely to traumatology, orthopaedics and neurosurgery and can be used for surgical correction and fixation of spine deformations in diseases, injures and their consequences. The technique is two-staged: posterior percutaneous external fixation osteosynthesis, then after staging correction of spine deformation, the second stage follows that is replacement of the external transpedicular fixator by an implanted one while being corrected. ^ EFFECT: method allows restoring physiological spinal curvatures with minimum traumatising the tissues. ^ 1 ex, 2 dwg |
