FAST-ACTING COMPARATOR OF PULSE VOLTAGE AMPLITUDE ON LOGICAL DIGITAL MICROCHIP

FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: comparator comprises two logical elements NOT in digital microchip, RC filter, resistor voltage divider. The first logical element NOT has voltage of used microchip switching threshold at the input. This voltage filtered by RC filter arrives to resistor voltage divider. Voltage from voltage divider corresponding to required value of comparation voltage is connected to inlet of the second logical element NOT. Input pulses of comparator arrive to input of the second logical element NOT through dividing capacitor. Output of the second element NOT of microchip is output of pulse voltage amplitude comparator. ^ EFFECT: development of pulse voltage amplitude comparator on two logical elements NOT of one digital microchip with delay of switching determined by delay of element in used logical digital microchip. ^ 1 dwg
