FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to microbiological industry. Use of the given Aspergillus foetidus 379-K strain enables to obtain a complex of pectolytic enzymes with high level of activity of endopolygalacturonase, -glucanase, xylanase, cellulose, mannanase and chitinase. The strain is obtained through multi-step selection from the Aspergillus foetidus 37(TMPM-P-270) strain using mutagenesis.
