PURPOSE: An ID providing device for dynamic authority management in user centered ID management, a service providing device, a method and an interlocking method thereof are provided to offer individual profile information effectively. CONSTITUTION: A user profile information input unit(314) receives an input for additional user profile information from a user in case of not finding the additional user profile information in other ID providing device. A user profile information transmitting unit(315) transmits the user profile information to a service providing device. The user profile information is the user profile information inputted through a user profile information search unit, a user profile information receiving unit, or the user profile information input unit.
