PURPOSE: An ozonizer using a ceramic material is provided to obtain the diversity of an input voltage to various kinds of product with different sizes and volumes, and to secure the cooling efficiency to the heat generation. CONSTITUTION: An ozonizer using a ceramic material is manufactured by spreading a metalizing mixture manganese and molybdenum to 95wt% of alumina ceramic sintered body, heat treating the alumina ceramic sintered body at 1,700 deg C, and plating the sintered body with nickel. 80~90wt% of molybdenum and 10~20wt% of manganese is mixed to the metalizing mixture. The ozonizer is in a form of a thin film plate or a tube. A transformer applying high voltage electricity is connected with the ozonizer. |
