PURPOSE: A building number plate is provided to achieve miniaturization by using a super capacitor and a solar battery module instead of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery module(10) converts sunlight into electrical energy. A super capacitor(20) stores the electrical energy converted by the solar battery module. A charging and discharging controller(30) controls the power output for the charging and discharging of the super capacitor. An LED(Light Emitting Diode)(40) emits light with the electrical energy stored in the super capacitor. A driving unit(50) controls the voltage and the current provided to the LED. A display unit displays the names of a building and a road. A diffusing plate diffuses the light emitted from the LED all over the display unit.
