The valve (1) has a controllable drive motor (4) i.e. electric motor, driving a throttle shutter i.e. butterfly flap (5), between a maximum extreme opening position (16) and an extreme closed position (15). A return unit returns the shutter to an intermediate default position (21) between the extreme positions when the motor is not activated. A magnetic element (8) i.e. polarized permanent magnet, of the return unit is fixed to the shutter, and magnetic element (9) is affixed in a body (3) of the valve, where default position of the valve corresponds to an optimal alignment of the elements.
