PURPOSE: A dicing device and a shielding machine thereof are provided to maintain a proper tension of a shielding machine by controlling an interval between an arrangement plate and a dice. CONSTITUTION: A dice body(410) is rotatably arranged in a dice bracket(420). A rotating member(411) rotates the dice body at a predetermined speed about the dice bracket. A rotating member comprises a driving pulley(450), a driven pulley, and a belt(460). The driving pulley is rotated with a driving source. The follower is arranged in the driving pulley in parallel. The belt is arranged between the driving pulley and the follower.
