摘要 PURPOSE: A nitrogen oxide reduction system for 4-stroke diesel engines equipped with a mechanical fuel injection system using a supply of premixed gas is provided to reduce ignition delays and improve heat generation efficiency by installing a low pressure injector in an air cooler housing and supplying supersubtle mixed gas of air and fuel inside an air chamber and a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen oxide reduction system for 4-stroke diesel engines equipped with a mechanical fuel injection system using the supply of premixed gas comprises a low pressure fuel pump and a low pressure injector(80). The low pressure fuel pump is connected to a fuel tank. The low pressure injector is connected to the low pressure fuel pump. The low pressure injector is installed in an air cooler housing(90) connecting a turbo charger and an air chamber(20). Supersubtle mixed gas is created by mixing the fuel injected by the low pressure injector and air flowing into the air chamber. The supersubtle mixed gas is supplied inside a combustion chamber.
