PURPOSE: A balcony safe handrail is provided to receive a falling child by sensing the child which climbs on the handrail and spreading a part of the handrail. CONSTITUTION: A balcony safe handrail comprises a horizontal support(50), an upmost horizontal bar(60), a vertical support(30), a support bar(40), a rotary safe bar(20), a fastening bolt, and a latching fixture(10). Both ends of the horizontal support are horizontally fixed at both sides at the fixed height of the balcony. The upmost horizontal bar is separated from the top of the horizontal support. The vertical support is fixed at the lower end of the horizontal support and vertically fixed on the floor of the balcony. The support bar has one end fixed to the horizontal support or the vertical support and the other end extended to the lower part. The rotary safe bar is fixed on the top of a pivot axis(24) and is integrated with the connection pipe. The fastening bolt comprises a cutting groove. |
