PURPOSE: A brazing bonding device and a brazing bonding method are provided to reduce manufacturing processes and to increase productivity by omitting a flux and after treatment process. CONSTITUTION: A brazing bonding method comprises: a step of preheating the brazing powder being going to be coated in the disk surface; a step of coat the preheated brazing powder by spraying on the disk surface; a step of inserting a pipe(18) into the disk; a step of braze the disk and the pipe; a step of including a brazing powder injecting unit and a capture site(40); and a step of coat the brazing powder on the disk surface in the brazing powder injection part. The capture site is coated by sprayed on the disk surface and re-circulated by collecting the rest brazing powder.
