PURPOSE: A brain activity promoter is provided to improve the activity of the brain of a user by discharging a fresh air current to a lock head unit, and to improve the brain activity learning efficiency and the work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A brain activity promoter comprises an air current generation apparatus(100) triggering the change of brain wave and electrocardiogram. The air current generation apparatus includes the following: a ceramic plate unit(111) generating hydrogen ion; and an electron generator generating electrons and negative ions while being separately installed to the ceramic plate unit. The ceramic plate unit includes a discharge electrode and an induction electrode(115).
