The invention relates to electronic publication and in particular to information sharing network and can be used for build-up of electronic publication distribution network out of mobile operator signal coverage. A build-up method for electronic newspaper by means of mobile communication and bluetooth, wi-fi communication devices are carried out with text, graphic, audio, video, program announcement transmission through SMS, MMS, voice, tone and USSD message sending from a mobile phone of a submitter subscriber and thereafter publication in Internet server with opportunity to reproduce it on an Internet site, organized of two-way communications through SMS< MMS, voice, tone or USSD messages, on subscriber demand from its mobile phone according to key words, voice or universal indexed part or heading number and enables for user to receive data by means of bluetooth, wi-fi communication devices out of signal coverage of their operators. The claimed invention enables for users to receive information out of mobile signal coverage. |
