A modification of a method for assessment of treatment efficiency of patients with plural liquor-containing cystous brain injuries accompanied by intracranial hypertensia, using operational neuroendoscopes, by introduction of air in separate liquor-containing cavities (induced pneumocephalus), which is a method for surgical treatment of cystous brain injuries. During endoscopic operations the entering of air into liquor-containing cavities by means of a syringe through the instrumental endoscope channel or through a catheter guided through the instrumental channel is carried out, which allows the use introduced air as a contrast substance for the postoperative control of operation efficiency of association of isolated liquor-containing cavities, by means of magnetic resonance or computer tomography.
