An assembly of frame earthquake-resistant body of hollow column with square cross section has an H-girder rail, cross diaphragms in place of fixation of girder ledges to column, vertical diaphragms attached to cross diaphragms and to inner section of the column wall in place of welding of girder wall to column. To the upper ledge of the girder over the wall and to facet of the column vertical sheet is welded, to the vertical sheet and to the face of the column horizontal plates are welded.
