METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF CLINICAL VARIANTS OF ACUTE CARDIAC INSUFFICIENCY NOT RELATED TO ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

摘要

Method for diagnostics of clinical variants of acute cardiac insufficiency not relates to acute coronary syndrome includes determination of cardio-gemodynamical characteristics with following evaluation of clinical state of patient. Additionally one determines level of leukotrien C4 in blood plasma and depending on that one diagnoses acute decompensated cardiac insufficiency, hypertensive acute cardiac insufficiency or acute left-ventricle insufficiency.
