Thiazole derivatives and use thereof

Disclosed is a thiazole derivative of formula (I), wherein R1 is -NR5R6, X is S or O, and wherein the other substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the compound for treating autoimmune disorders, inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, bacterial or viral infections, kidney diseases, platelet aggregation, cancer, transplantation, graft rejection or lung injuries, and for inhibiting PI3 kinase activity.
