PURPOSE: A high strength hot rolled steel plate with a superior electric resistance welding property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control the decreasing of martensite fraction. CONSTITUTION: A high strength hot rolled steel plate with a superior electric resistance welding property comprises C 0.05~0.15 weight%, Si 0.3~1.0 weight%, Mn 1.0~1.7 weight%, Cr 0.5~1.5 weight%, Al 0.1~0.4 weight%, less than S 0.005 weight% less than P 0.03 weight%, less than N 0.008 weight%, and the rest Fe and the other inevitable impurities. A hot rolled steel sheet additionally includes more than 1 alloying element of Nb 0.01~0.1 weight% and Ti 0.01~0.1 weight%. The hot rolled steel sheet is a matrix tissue and includes the ferrite structure to the volume fraction 50~60 weight%. |
