PURPOSE: A safety compass without a needle is provided to enable a user to easily carry the compass by removing the needle, and to safely and conveniently use the compass compare to a conventional compass. CONSTITUTION: A safety compass without a needle comprises the following: a rubber packing instead of a needle combined to the compass; a junction unit formed with a transparent material(1) for drawing a circle on a paper by the rotation of the junction upper side; a recess on top of a cylinder for combining the transparent cylinder; and a transparent rubber packing(2) attached to the end of the cylinder for preventing the slipping of an origin point.
