CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixel regions defined with one gate line, and the intersection of a plurality of readout lines and plurality of data lines. A plurality of sensing parts is arranged in a plurality of pixel regions. Sensing signals are outputted. The detection unit(20) is commonly connected to sensing parts. The output signal reflecting sensing signals outputted from sensing parts is outputted.
