PURPOSE: A parking system for offering park available zone information to a park client at a real-time and a control method thereof are provided to offer the information in order that a driver entering into a parking lot can find the park available space as soon as possible. CONSTITUTION: Parking sensors(200_1~200_3) creates a parking sense signal by sensing a parking of a vehicle in a corresponding parking zone. A parking lot server(300) stores status information of the vehicle parking in each parking zone according to the parking sense signal of the parking sensor. The parking lot server receives a parking available zone information request signal from a client communication terminal. The parking lot server creates the vehicle parking available zone information based on the saved vehicle parking status information. The parking lot server transmits the parking zone information to the client communication terminal. |
