LOW-TOXIC PRIMER COMPOSITION NOT COMPRISING PHENOL RESIN AND TOLUENE FOR POLYAMIDE RESIN FOOTWEAR PARTS

摘要

PURPOSE: A low-toxic primer composition for a polyamide-based footwear parts is provided to secure the environment-friendly property of the composition by reduce a polar organic solvent and a phenol resin, and to improve the coherence force of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A low-toxic primer composition for a polyamide-based footwear parts without a phenol resin and toluene contains a base material, a tackifier, and a solvent. The base material contains 60~90 parts of chloroprene-based rubber by weight, 5~20 parts of chlorinated polyolefin by weight, and 5~15 parts of modified ethylene vinyl acetate. 5~10 parts of tackifier by weight is mixed with 100 parts of base material by weight. 3~5 kinds of solvent is mixed with 100 parts of base material by weight for 600~2,000 parts by weight.
