PURPOSE: A red phosphor compound and an organic electro luminescence device including thereof are provided to secure the EL property of the compound, and to improve the lifetime of an OLED panel. CONSTITUTION: A red phosphor compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, L is an organic ligand. B is C when A is N, and the B is the N when the A is the C. R1 is a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated alkyl group of C1~C60. R2~R4 are hydrogen, the linear or branched saturated or unsaturated alkyl group of C1~C60, an alkoxy group of C1~C30, a cycloalkyl group of C3~C60, an aryl group of C6~C60, halogen, a tri-alkylsilyl group of C6~C30, a di-arylsilyl of C1~C30, or a tri-arylsilyl of C6~C30, respectively. N is an integer of 1~3.
